The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for managing and enhancing the online presence of luxury brands under Mohamed Hilal Group. The role focuses on delivering a seamless, premium digital shopping experience across categories such as perfumes, fashion, and jewelry, ensuring alignment with the Group's high-end brand standards.
Key Responsibilities
1. Website & Product Management
- Manage end-to-end product uploads including descriptions, images, pricing, and SKUs across multiple luxury categories
- Ensure all content reflects the premium positioning and storytelling of each brand
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and product availability
- Regularly update homepage banners, collections, and seasonal campaigns
2. Online Merchandising
- Curate collections across perfumes, fashion, and jewelry to enhance the customer journey
- Ensure visual consistency aligned with luxury brand guidelines
- Optimize product placement to improve conversion rates and engagement
3. Order Management & Customer Experience
- Oversee order processing from placement to delivery across UAE and GCC markets
- Coordinate with logistics, retail stores, and warehouse teams
- Manage customer queries, returns, and exchanges with a high-touch, luxury service approach
- Ensure premium services such as gift wrapping and personalization are executed flawlessly
4. Performance Tracking & Reporting
- Monitor KPIs including traffic, conversion rates, average order value, and sales performance
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports
- Provide actionable insights to improve online sales and customer experience
5. Digital Campaigns & Launches
- Support execution of digital campaigns, product launches, and exclusive online drops
- Coordinate with marketing teams for email campaigns, social media, and paid ads
- Ensure alignment between online and offline activations within the Group
6. Platform & Technical Coordination
- Work closely with developers or third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento)
- Ensure website functionality, speed, and mobile optimization
- Identify and resolve technical issues impacting the user experience
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in luxury retail, beauty, fashion, or jewelry
- Experience managing multi-category product portfolios is a plus
- Strong understanding of online customer behavior in the GCC market
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, or similar)
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage
