The E-Commerce Executive manages online distribution, ensures rate parity, and updates hotel information across OTAs. They work with teams to optimize pricing and promotions, aiming to boost bookings and revenue. Experience in CRS, PMS, and Channel Managers is essential.

Departments reports to Chief E-commerce Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate PMS (Opera) interface with SynXis CRS system or other CRS systems and Opera Distribution and troubleshoot issues.
- Oversee GDS description uploads for accurate representation.
- Ensure seamless connectivity between Opera Distribution, Booking.com, and Expedia – Troubleshoot with Revenue and IT team.
- Upload rates, promotions, packages and availability on CRS & OTA's extranet
- Maintain cancellation policies and restrictions during peak periods.
- Monitor rate display across all online channels to ensure accuracy.
- Regularly check for rate discrepancies and resolve inconsistencies
- Ensure invoices are paid to avoid distribution interruption.
- Update amenities, images and content displayed on OTA's and on hotels booking engine.
- Create and modify data dumps sheets for mapping Channel Manager to OTA platforms
- Kwentra interface with Site Minder & Synxis CRS system (Taba Hotels)
Qualifications
- The job is in El-Gouna; so kindly make sure that you will be able to relocate.
- Minimum two years experience in Hotels Ecommerce department with a knowledge of CRS system channel manager (such as Synxis and/or Siteminder).
- Highly computer literate: Expert in Excel sheet
- Using OTA extranets or other hotel related CRS systems.
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Arabic
- Interested in new technologies, easy going with new software
- Self-learner, adaptability, precise.
