E-commerce Manager or Online Merchandiser (6 Month Contract)

About Us:

MMI is one of the UAE's leading beverage retailers. We're looking for an experienced e-commerce professional to join our Digital & CX team on a minimum six month contract. This is a hands-on role across our online channels, including MMI Home Delivery (website and app), Le Clos and MMI RAK, plus newer platforms such as MMI B2B and MMI Diplomatic.

We're open to candidates at either Online Merchandiser or E-commerce Manager level. If you can keep online trading running smoothly and help it grow, we'd like to hear from you.

Job Purpose:

• Making sure the right products are live, priced correctly, well presented and in stock across all online channels.
• Setting up and testing prices and promotions in line with the trading calendar, and reporting on how they perform.
• Building landing pages, banners and campaign pages, and improving search, navigation and SEO.
• Keeping a close eye on availability and customer feedback (both critical goals for the team).
• Testing new features and releases (UAT) with our Ecommerce Product team.
• Using data from Google Analytics, app analytics and Power BI to improve traffic, conversion, order value and revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• At least 3 years in e-commerce merchandising, online trading or e-commerce operations. Alcohol, beverage or grocery retail is a strong plus.
• Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms and PIM / product hub tools.
• Strong data skills (Google Analytics or similar, and Excel) and great attention to detail.
• UAE or GCC e-commerce experience, and familiarity with tools like Insider, are a bonus.
• Available to start soon, on a contract of at least six months.
