We are a luxury fashion brand with footwear and accessories made in Italy, looking for an experienced E-commerce Manager / Shopify Expert based in Dubai to manage and optimize our online store.
This role requires someone who understands luxury fashion e-commerce, Shopify management, and digital growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize our Shopify website
- Improve user experience and conversion rates
- Upload and manage products, collections, and inventory
- Coordinate website updates, landing pages, and campaigns
- Integrate and manage apps, payment gateways, and shipping
- Monitor analytics, sales performance, and customer behavior
- Work with marketing on email campaigns, promotions, and launches
- Ensure the website reflects a premium luxury brand experience
Requirements
- Strong experience with Shopify (themes, apps, backend management)
- Experience managing fashion or luxury e-commerce brands
- Knowledge of SEO, analytics, and conversion optimization
- Understanding of payment gateways and logistics
- Strong attention to detail and brand presentation
- Knowledge in coding and web development
- Understanding of shopify backend customization and integrations
- Experience managing and optimizing Meta and google ad campaigns
- Based in Dubai (preferred)
