We are looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support and execute our online sales operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and update product listings across e-commerce platforms and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Noon).
- Ensure accurate product information including pricing, pack sizes, barcodes, and descriptions.
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to maintain stock availability and prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Execute online promotions, discounts, and bundle offers in line with trade marketing plans.
- Monitor daily sales performance and prepare reports (sales, stock levels, campaign performance).
- Track competitor pricing, promotions, and assortment.
- Optimize product visibility through keyword updates, banners, and merchandising.
- Coordinate with marketplace account managers for campaigns and visibility opportunities.
- Ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any operational issues impacting customer experience.
- Support new product launches online, ensuring timely listing and visibility.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce
- Strong Excel skills (reporting, data tracking).
- Good understanding of online merchandising and promotions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
