Key Responsibilities:
- Execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta, Google, and other platforms
- Manage SEO/SEM and optimize product listings to improve visibility and ranking
- Coordinate promotional campaigns aligned with the marketing calendar
- Track key metrics including traffic, CTR, conversion rate, and ROAS
- Collaborate with creative, content, and product teams on campaign execution
- Manage CRM and email marketing for retention and re-engagement
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and insights
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in digital or e-commerce marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and analytics tools
