JOB PURPOSE
Manage the development, implementation, and marketing of key accounts sold through an e-commerce platform. They are responsible for ensuring the success of the e-commerce key accounts by implement the product strategy, conducting market research, analyzing customer needs, and collaborating with crossfunctional teams.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Product Management
Monitor all aspects of a product life cycle, including long- and short-term development and marketing. Perform analyses to stay abreast of trends in the marketplace to ensure the product's competitive position.
Digital Marketing Plan Execution
Provide analysis to monitor performance of digital marketing campaigns.
Product and Solution Development
Carry out a range of product development activities. Use established systems to analyze customer needs and define and deliver products.
E-Commerce
Prepare or organize online storefront sales material, including product descriptions or subject lines, optimizing content to search engine criteria for multiple products or a large set of products.
Marketing Planning
Contribute to the development of tactical marketing campaigns.
Marketing Campaign Development
Carry out supplier and contract management tasks to support advertising/promotion/other marketing campaigns.
Stakeholder Engagement
Contribute to stakeholder engagement through identifying stakeholders, finding out their needs/issues/concern and reacting to these by arranging meetings and events and drafting supporting materials to promote understanding and commitment.
Portfolio Management
Deliver small project workstreams, carrying out specified project activities within defined time and quality parameters and ensuring adherence to the prescribed project management methodology.
Digital Marketing Capabilities
Explore new opportunities and trends across the digital marketing space and support implementation of specific capability-building initiatives outlined in the digital marketing capability road map.
Personal Capability Building
Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation where relevant to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
Qualifications:
General Experience
Substantial general work experience together with comprehensive job related experience in own area of expertise to fully competent level. (Over 6 years to 10 years )
Managerial Experience
Experience of supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes (13 months to 3 years)
