E-commerce Operations (Arabic Speaker)

PECTIV is a UAE-based premium feminine care brand, founded by pharmacist Dr. Elias Abboud, offering science-backed sanitary pads and intimate care products.

We're looking for a detail-oriented E-commerce Operations & Marketplace Specialist to manage daily operations, 3PL coordination, and marketplace performance (Amazon).

You will:

✔️ Coordinate with 3PL for order fulfillment & delivery issues

✔️ Manage Amazon listings, stock, reviews & A+ content

✔️ Handle customer support via WhatsApp & email

✔️ Monitor inventory and prepare operational reports

✔️ Support email/WhatsApp campaign execution

You should have:

✔️ 2–4 years experience in e-commerce operations

✔️ Shopify & Amazon Seller Central experience

✔️ Strong problem-solving and communication skills

✔️ English required | Arabic is a plus
