E-commerce Operations Executive

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Ecommerce Operations Executive to manage the day-to-day operations across our multiple ecommerce websites. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between suppliers, courier partners, internal teams, and customer support to ensure smooth order processing, timely dispatch, and on-time delivery.

• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product readiness for pickup.
• Follow up with suppliers for invoices and delivery timelines.
• Check stock availability with suppliers; suggest alternatives to the customer support team in case of stockouts.
• Ensure product returns are sent back to suppliers before initiating refund requests.

• Coordinate with courier partners for timely pickups and deliveries.
• Generate AWBs and ensure accurate assignment for each order.
• Maintain a complete record of all AWBs, delivery timelines, and performance metrics.
• Identify delivery delay issues (internal team, supplier, or courier) and escalate/resolve proactively.

• Communicate with the internal team for preparation and issuance of Purchase Orders (POs) for suppliers.
• Follow up with the accounts team for timely payments to suppliers.
• Maintain clear documentation of all operational activities.

• Track order progress end-to-end and ensure SLAs are met.
• Analyze operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on dispatches, deliveries, delays, and returns.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of ecommerce operations, logistics, and order fulfillment.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple vendors/courier partners.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets, order management tools, and AWB creation.
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
