Job Summary
You will take ownership of day-to-day e-commerce operations, delivering excellent customer experiences while leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency and scalability in a growing SME.
Responsibilities
- Manage online stores and marketplaces to maintain smooth e-commerce operations
- Handle returns, warranty claims, and after-sales support to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Create and optimize product listings, including descriptions, pricing, and images, to enhance sales performance
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure product information accuracy across platforms
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries via email, chat, and phone to provide professional support
- Resolve customer issues with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention
- Schedule and coordinate deliveries and installation appointments for customers
- Liaise with customers, installers, and logistics partners to ensure timely project completion
- Take ownership of tasks and solve problems independently in a fast-paced environment
- Learn and adapt to new software and AI technologies to support business growth
