Role Description The E-Commerce Order Fulfillment Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Qesm 1st 6 October, responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of online customer orders. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing incoming orders, coordinating picking, packing, and shipping activities, and updating order statuses in the e-commerce and inventory systems. The coordinator monitors stock levels, flags discrepancies, and collaborates with warehouse and customer support teams to resolve order issues or delays. The role also involves preparing shipping documentation, tracking deliveries, and maintaining organized records to support smooth logistics operations. This position works closely with cross-functional colleagues to uphold a high standard of customer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and process online orders from: Amazon Egypt , Jumia , Noon and CROSSLAND Website)
  • Confirming Orders With Website Customers
  • Pick and prepare orders accurately.
  • Pack products according to company quality standards.
  • Print shipping labels and prepare shipments for courier pickup.
  • Ensure orders are dispatched on time.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy and report stock discrepancies.
  • Coordinate with the customer service and warehouse teams to resolve order issues.
  • Keep the fulfillment area clean and organized.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years of experience in e-commerce, warehouse, or order fulfillment .
  • Good computer skills and ability to work with online systems.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet daily deadlines.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
  • Basic English reading skills are preferred.
