About the role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce operation officer to manage and optimize our online sales channels while maintaining the standards of a premium brand. This role combined operational accuracy with customer experience and digital performance

Ideal candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• High attention to detail and ownership mindset
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and dashboards
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or retail e-commerce is an advantage

Key responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of e-commerce platform(s)
• Ensure accurate order taking, order preparing, and make sure that it is matching the customer's order
• Coordinate with delivery team
• Monitor online orders, fulfillment, and customer experience
