We are looking for a proactive and commercially minded E-Commerce Platform Manager to lead the growth and day-to-day management of our digital dental marketplace. This role is responsible for increasing dentist engagement, driving online sales, optimizing the customer experience, and ensuring the platform continuously evolves to meet market needs.
The ideal candidate combines strong e-commerce knowledge with analytical thinking, digital marketing experience, and excellent project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day operations of the e-commerce platform
- Develop and execute strategies to increase dentist registrations and active users
- Drive online sales growth through campaigns, promotions, and engagement initiatives
- Monitor platform KPIs, including user acquisition, active users, conversion rates, average order value, customer retention, and sales performance
- Analyze customer behavior and identify opportunities to improve user experience
- Collaborate with marketing on digital campaigns, email marketing, and promotional activities
- Work with product and technology teams to recommend new features and platform enhancements
- Identify pain points in the customer journey and implement improvements
- Manage product merchandising, promotions, banners, and online content
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure product availability and pricing accuracy
- Track competitor activities and recommend initiatives to maintain market leadership
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for management
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience managing an e-commerce platform or online marketplace
- Experience with B2B e-commerce is highly preferred
- Strong analytical skills, with experience using Google Analytics, dashboards, and reporting tools
- Understanding of digital marketing channels including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media
- Experience coordinating with developers and technology teams
- Strong commercial mindset with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in healthcare, dental, or medical devices is an advantage
