E-Commerce Product Lead

We are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Product Lead to join our E-Commerce team in Riyadh.

The role will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce strategies, driving online sales and customer experience, managing digital platforms and product listings, and optimizing marketing and operational performance to achieve sustainable digital growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to achieve sales and growth targets.
Manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunities.
Collaborate with Marketing, IT, Product, Supply Chain, Logistics, and other teams.
Oversee digital marketing activities including SEO, PPC, email, and social media campaigns.
Monitor KPIs, conversion rates, and campaign ROI.
Drive UI/UX improvements to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
Ensure effective integration between e-commerce platforms and supply chain operations.
Manage e-commerce budgets and ensure effective ROI.
Stay updated on e-commerce technologies, trends, and digital innovations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience in E-Commerce, preferably in a leadership or product-focused role.
Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, digital marketing, analytics, and online sales.
Strong financial and budget management skills.
Excellent leadership, decision-making, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Advanced knowledge of e-commerce tools and digital platforms.
MBA or relevant professional certifications such as CDML or PCM is an advantage.
