Overall Objective of the role
Responsible for achieving Al Seer Group eCommerce business objectives within the allocated Customer/Channel set, by interacting with customers to best understand their business models and ensuring optimum engagement with individual Al Seer Group business groups/brands.
Key Deliverables
- Develop Al Seer Group business in the allocated customer/channel set
- Ensure optimum product availability on the customer platform based on agreed MSL or customer model
- Ensure best-in-class product content for each SKU, through engagement with brand owners, Al Seer business groups and customers
- Ensure the allocated eCommerce customers meet Al Seer Objectives in terms of timely payments, and returns
- Review top 2 customers quarterly with internal ASG businesses as well as with the customers
- Review and evaluate Spends by agency by customer
- Obtain and communicate Customer engagement opportunities – event calendar, visibility opportunities, Sampling
- Increase eCommerce operating knowledge and skills within the team
Qualification criteria
- Minimum two years of experience in FMCG or an analytical role
- eCommerce experience
- Graduate, MBA Preferred
- Advance knowledge of MS Office suite
- Knowledge of SAP
- Market knowledge/ Sales experience is desirable
