2. Sales & Promotion Strategy

  • Conduct regular competitor analysis on pricing and promotions to ensure brand competitiveness while protecting the brand's contribution margin.
  • Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Sponsored Ads, Noon PLA, Tmart Ad's) to maximize visibility, drive traffic, and achieve optimal ACoS/RoAS.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders at the e-retailer level, fostering a collaborative environment to achieve mutually beneficial goals.
  • Collaborate closely with Brand Managers and the Marketing team to develop compelling artwork and creatives for marketing campaigns and promotional strategies.

3. Inventory & Operational Coordination

  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain and Planning teams to forecast platform-specific demand, ensuring optimal inventory levels to prevent stock-outs or overstocking (especially critical for Q-Commerce's instant delivery model).
  • Monitor order flow, processing, and logistics with the warehouse and logistics partners to ensure orders meet the delivery SLAs of each platform.
  • Work with the Finance team to track sales, manage chargebacks, reconcile payments, and monitor platform fees and commissions.

EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of proven hands-on experience in managing eCommerce operations, specifically within Amazon Seller/Vendor Central and/or Noon Partner Portal

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & ABILITIES:

  • Proven experience in the FMCG, CPG, or Grocery sector will be an added advantage
  • Strong practical knowledge of Q-Commerce platforms (Careem Quick, Tmart, Noon Minutes, El Grocer) operations is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in platform tools (e.g., Amazon Ads Console, Noon Sponsored Ads), Microsoft Excel (advanced data analysis, Pivot Tables), and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
  • Highly data-driven with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, essential for managing high-volume, multi-platform operations.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance teams.
