Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site E-Commerce Specialist role located in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The E-Commerce Specialist will manage and enhance the performance of e-commerce platforms, specifically Shopify, to drive sales and improve customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include managing product listings, tracking inventory, analyzing performance metrics, setting up promotions, ensuring accurate pricing, and optimizing online sales channels. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement an effective e-commerce strategy and provide exceptional customer support to address inquiries and resolve issues.

Qualifications

• Experience with Commerce platforms, particularly Shopify
• Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and optimize e-commerce performance
• Effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and engaging with customers
• Customer Service skills to address inquiries and provide assistance
• Experience and knowledge of Sales techniques and strategies
• Proficiency in e-commerce tools and platforms is preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is an advantage
