Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented E-Commerce Warehouse Associate to join our operations team at Dammam Port. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily warehouse activities related to e-commerce orders, ensuring accurate and timely processing from picking to dispatch.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pick customer orders from racks according to system instructions
- Pack orders securely and accurately for shipment
- Dispatch and hand over orders to the delivery (HD) team
- Perform sorting and manifesting of outgoing shipments
- Handle transfers of goods to retail stores or other locations
- Perform putaway of inbound goods into designated storage locations
- Process and handle e-commerce platform orders (e.g., Noon)
- Manage 3PL inbound and outbound operations
- Ensure accuracy, quality, and efficiency in all warehouse processes
Requirements:
- Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or e-commerce operations one year
- Familiarity with picking, packing, and inventory processes
- Ability to use handheld devices (HHT / barcode scanners)
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, system entries)
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience in e-commerce fulfillment centers
- Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS)
