E-learning Developer

Purpose

The selected candidate will function as an eLearning developer for business software applications.

This position will report to Specialist IT Learning Solutions

Skills

Bachelors degree (IT Related)

At least three years working experience

Good command of English

The prerequisite skills generally involve a high level of writing and technical editing skills

Good communication skills

Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel & Power point)

A training background and previous experience of developing e-

learning guides and training material

SAP System knowledge would be an added advantage

Ability to work independently with minimum supervision meeting strict deadlines.

Roles and responsibilities include:

Communicate with and interview subject-matter experts, developers, trainer and IT staff to understand end-user needs.

Build and implement eLearning material and user guides for software applications.

Strict adherence to the delivery of milestones

Peer review, Quality assurance and publishing of learning content developed by other eLearning authors
