E-Payments follow up & Operations Specialist (Partnership Management & Digital Ops Specialist)

Job Summary (As per the manager in 2 lines): The jobs in the level are responsible for undertaking basic and routine activities under close supervision and guidance to ensure consistent and efficient Operations in WE Data and partners outlets. Activities include follow-up of day-to-day orders activities, provisioning of different needs for resources and Materials, follow-up performance in sales activities and implementation of new products and offers

Key Accountabilities:

• Carry out payments process and all related activities for E-payments and Visa payments.
• Carry out the auto renewal collection reports on daily basis.
• Follow-up and handle non settled payments and coordinate payments with clients.
• Handle the assigned refunds cases of the Visa and E-payment payments.
• Coordinate with the CSO's to handle all clients inquiries.

Experience & Education

• University Degree in Sales or Marketing or Business Administration or Related Fields.
• 0-2 years of experience.
