international British school in Doha, Qatar is seeking a
passionate and nurturing Early Years Teacher to join its early years team from
August 2026.
This role is ideal for an educator who loves working with young learners and is excited by the opportunity to live and work in
one of the Middle East's most dynamic and culturally rich cities.
The Role
The Successful Candidate Will
- Deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) principles
- Create a warm, safe, and stimulating classroom environment
- Support children's academic, social, emotional, and physical development
- Observe, assess, and document progress in line with school expectations
- Work closely with parents and colleagues to support each child's development
- Contribute positively to the wider life of the school and early years team
The Ideal Candidate
Applicants Should
- Hold a recognised teaching qualification with an Early Years specialism (e.g. PGCE, BEd, EYFS)
- Hold a degree aligned with Early Years / Primary Education
- Have experience teaching within an EYFS or British early years framework
- Demonstrate creativity, warmth, and excellent classroom practice
- Be adaptable, enthusiastic, and committed to professional growth
- International experience is advantageous but not essential
