Role Title: Service Engineer Heavy Machinery
Location: Dubai
Job Purpose
The Service Engineer Heavy Machinery is responsible for delivering high-quality technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services for heavy equipment. The role ensures equipment reliability, customer satisfaction, and safety compliance through effective field operations and accurate documentation.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and provide technical support for heavy machinery.
- Perform field service visits and deliver on-site support when required.
- Install, inspect, diagnose, and repair equipment and machinery.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine inspections.
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation.
- Ensure all work follows safety standards and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve technical issues.
- Work efficiently within a team environment.
- Provide support for Forklifts, Excavators, Aerial Work Platforms, and other earth-moving equipment (mandatory experience).
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering field.
- Strong technical knowledge and proven experience in a similar role.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for field service.
- Valid driver's license.
Experience
- Mandatory experience working with Forklifts, Excavators, Aerial Work Platforms, and heavy earth-moving machinery.
- Experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, and technical field support.
