Role Summary
To manage and control the Erection Completion Certificates (ECC) and Turnover Packages (TOP) processes for all plant systems and subsystems, ensuring structured, timely, and technically complete handover from EPC Contractor to the Owner and O&M team in preparation for commissioning, performance testing, and Commercial Operation Date (COD).
The role ensures documentation integrity, system readiness verification, punch list management, and compliance with EPC contract, lender requirements, and project milestones.
