Role Overview
You will run the day-to-day e-commerce operations and be the first line of customer support. From adding new products and monitoring orders to answering calls/WhatsApp and resolving issues, you'll keep our online sales smooth and customers happy.
Key Responsibilities
Manage our online store(s): add/edit products, images, pricing, categories, tags, SEO basics.
Monitor orders end-to-end: payment capture, invoicing, pick/pack/ship coordination, delivery follow-up, returns/refunds.
Handle customer communications via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat; meet response-time SLAs.
Create and maintain product bundles, promotions, coupon codes, and featured items.
Track inventory levels with the operations team; flag low stock and out-of-stock risks.
Maintain product content quality: specs, compatibility, FAQs, and translations (English/Arabic).
Basic analytics: weekly sales, top SKUs, abandoned carts, cancellations, NPS/CSAT.
Coordinate with marketing on banners, landing pages, and campaign readiness.
Log tickets/issues, escalate to the right internal teams, and follow through to resolution.
Keep SOPs/checklists up to date for new launches and routine tasks.
Requirements
13 years hands-on experience in e-commerce operations or online sales support.
Familiar with Shopify or WooCommerce (or similar), basic Excel/Google Sheets.
Strong phone etiquette and written communication (English & Arabic).
Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with order/inventory systems.
Nice to Have
Experience with GCC logistics/couriers, COD workflows, and marketplaces (e.g., Amazon/Noon).
Basic Canva or image-editing skills for product photos/banners.
Knowledge of medical devices or healthcare is a plus.
