As we continue growing across Ecommerce, Retail and international markets, we are looking for an Ecommerce Intern to join our team and support the day-to-day operations of the SQUATWOLF online store.

About the role
This is a hands-on role where you'll get exposure to how an e-commerce business operates, from managing products and website content on Shopify to supporting promotions, merchandising, and reporting.
What you'll be doing
- Support the day-to-day management of our Shopify store
- Assist with adding, updating, and maintaining product information, images, prices, and collections
- Help ensure products and website content are accurate, up to date, and presented correctly
- Support website merchandising, including product placement, collections, and promotional updates
- Assist with setting up and checking online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
- Monitor the website and flag any issues with products, pages, links, pricing, or customer experience
- Support the Ecommerce team with daily sales and website performance reports
- Help track key e-commerce metrics and identify basic trends or issues
- Support competitor and market research when needed
- Work closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing, Product, and Customer Experience teams on online initiatives
- Assist with other day-to-day Ecommerce tasks and projects
What we're looking for
- Recent graduates in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- Strong interest in E-commerce and online retail
- Good attention to detail, small mistakes on a website matter
- Comfortable working with Excel
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to learn and get hands-on with Shopify and other e-commerce tools
- Analytical mindset with an interest in understanding what drives online sales
- Proactive, curious, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to have
- Previous experience with Shopify or another e-commerce platform
- Basic understanding of website merchandising or digital marketing
- Experience with Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus, but not required
