Job Description

Position is E-Commerce Manager, MEA

Location: Dubai, UAE

The Role:-

Reporting to Omnichannel Director , the E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for the performance and execution of E-commerce business across the region. The role combines commercial ownership, digital trading, consumer experience, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitable growth and strengthen direct to consumer business

Key Responsibilities:-

Commercial Performance & Digital Trading

  • Drive sales, profitability, and growth across E-commerce channels in the Middle East.
  • Own the digital trading calendar, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and revenue.
  • Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and enhance consumer engagement.

Customer Experience :-

  • Champion a consumer-centric approach across all digital touchpoints.
  • Continuously optimize the online customer journey to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
  • Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless and consistent consumer experience.

Product & Merchandising :-

  • Collaborate closely with Merchandising teams to ensure the right product assortment, visibility, and inventory availability online.
  • Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key commercial initiatives.
  • Analyze product performance and provide recommendations to maximize sales opportunities and improve category performance.

Analytics & Insights :-

  • Monitor business performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and business reviews for regional and global stakeholders.
  • Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration :-

  • Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Technology teams to ensure successful execution of business priorities.
  • Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to align local initiatives with the overall digital commerce strategy.
  • Foster strong collaboration across functions to drive business growth and operational excellence.

What We Are Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, Online Trading, or a similar commercial role.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving online sales growth and business performance.
  • Experience within the retail, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business actions and recommendations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Experience working within a regional or multi-market environment is an advantage.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English, Arabic would be a plus.
  • A proactive, collaborative, and consumer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
