Position is E-Commerce Manager, MEA

The Role:-
Reporting to Omnichannel Director , the E-Commerce Manager will be responsible for the performance and execution of E-commerce business across the region. The role combines commercial ownership, digital trading, consumer experience, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration to drive profitable growth and strengthen direct to consumer business
Key Responsibilities:-
Commercial Performance & Digital Trading
- Drive sales, profitability, and growth across E-commerce channels in the Middle East.
- Own the digital trading calendar, promotional activities, and seasonal campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize key performance indicators, including traffic, conversion rate, average order value, and revenue.
- Identify opportunities to improve commercial performance and enhance consumer engagement.
Customer Experience :-
- Champion a consumer-centric approach across all digital touchpoints.
- Continuously optimize the online customer journey to improve engagement, conversion, and retention.
- Partner with Marketing, Customer Service, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless and consistent consumer experience.
Product & Merchandising :-
- Collaborate closely with Merchandising teams to ensure the right product assortment, visibility, and inventory availability online.
- Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and key commercial initiatives.
- Analyze product performance and provide recommendations to maximize sales opportunities and improve category performance.
Analytics & Insights :-
- Monitor business performance and translate data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Prepare regular reports, dashboards, and business reviews for regional and global stakeholders.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning processes.
Cross-Functional Collaboration :-
- Work closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Finance, Customer Service, and Technology teams to ensure successful execution of business priorities.
- Coordinate with regional and global stakeholders to align local initiatives with the overall digital commerce strategy.
- Foster strong collaboration across functions to drive business growth and operational excellence.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Digital Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Commerce, Online Trading, or a similar commercial role.
- Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving online sales growth and business performance.
- Experience within the retail, fashion, footwear, lifestyle, or consumer goods industry is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear business actions and recommendations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience working within a regional or multi-market environment is an advantage.
- Strong command of written and spoken English, Arabic would be a plus.
- A proactive, collaborative, and consumer-focused mindset with the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
