The E-Commerce Manager will lead MARLI's online business strategy and operations, driving strong digital growth and delivering a seamless luxury experience across all digital touchpoints.
This role is responsible for expanding MARLI's e-commerce presence globally, optimizing
performance, and achieving measurable sales growth aligned with the brand's prestige
positioning. Based in Dubai, reporting to the Retail and Commercial Director.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy & Leadership
Define and implement the global e-commerce strategy across targeted regions.
Develop annual sales targets, KPIs, and growth plans for each market.
Ensure brand consistency and maintain luxury standards across all online platforms and
markets.
Business Development
Lead market expansion through Shopify Markets or dedicated regional storefronts.
Identify and execute partnerships with key marketplaces, payment gateways, and logistics
providers.
Develop strategies for customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.
E-Commerce Operations
Manage daily operations of the online store(s), including product uploads, pricing, content,
and inventory alignment.
Collaborate with supply chain, retail, and finance teams to ensure seamless fulfilment and
profitability.
Oversee integration between ERP, CRM, OMS, and Shopify platforms.
Digital Marketing & Performance
Partner with marketing to execute performance marketing, SEO/SEM, email, and social
commerce campaigns.
Analyse conversion data, customer behaviour, and AOV to optimize UX and ROI.
Drive traffic growth through both organic and paid strategies.
Client Experience
Ensure a luxury digital experience aligned with in-boutique standards.
Optimize customer service processes, returns, and client communications.
Integrate clienteling tools and personalization features across platforms.
Team & Stakeholder Management
Build and lead a small, agile digital team (content, marketing, tech).
Coordinate with global HQ and regional teams to align e-commerce with overall brand
strategy.
Present regular business reviews and performance reports to management.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's or Master's degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business, or Digital
Management.
Minimum 710 years of experience in a senior role in a luxury e-commerce environment
(Jewelry or fashion preferred).
Proven track record of growing online sales across multiple regions.
Strong understanding of Shopify, ERP integrations, and digital analytics tools (Google
Analytics, GA4, etc.).
Excellent grasp of digital marketing, CRM, and UX/UI principles.
Fluency in English and Arabic. French is a strong plus.

emerging luxury and digital trends across Europe and Asia.

Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of aligning stakeholders and driving
transformation in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment
