E-Commerce Manager

Role Summary:

Own and optimize the airline's digital sales performance by managing the website, booking journey, and content that drives conversion and ancillary revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive online conversion, direct bookings, and ancillary sales.

Own the end-to-end booking journey (search, booking, payment).

Audit the website to identify bugs, UX issues, and drop-offs.

Create and optimize booking-related website content (fares, baggage, ancillaries, policies).

Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and conversion impact.

Analyze data and KPIs to improve performance.

Work with Marketing to ensure campaigns convert into bookings.

Coordinate with IT, Revenue, and vendors (booking engine, payments).

Profile Required:

Marketing background is required.

Minimum 5 years in e-commerce / digital sales / online revenue.

Strong understanding of customer journeys and conversion optimization.

Data-driven, commercial mindset.

Airline / travel experience is a plus.
