The Job:

We are looking for an Ecommerce operations manager to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for the daily running and growing of ecommerce stores in our portfolio and under our management. You will be the central point of contact for the owners of the stores ensuring they are up to date on all activities and bring them great returns on their investment.

Of course you will not be alone! In this role you will work closely together with team members from different disciplines to make every store a success. You will work with online marketers, customer support agents, product sources and more. You will be the center of all the activities and will streamline everything how you see fit. By using your strong communication skills you will align all stakeholders and team members to make sure every store is a success.

Your responsibilities:

  • Monitor performance on a daily basis
  • Be the central point for all operational activities of the stores in your portfolio
  • Take hands on actions to improve store performance
  • On a weekly basis report on status of stores and the next steps
  • Define and execute grow strategies to bring stores to new success
  • Regular contact with store owners to update them on activities
  • Review potential new acquisitions during due diligence processes
  • Maintain strong relationship with suppliers and partners

What are we looking for

  • A performance driven mindset
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Experience with the running and growing Ecommerce stores on shopify
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong project management skills to keep track and report on all activities
  • Knowledge of key Ecommerce platforms (Shopify, Payment providers, Marketing tools etc.)
  • Analytical mindset to make data driven decisions
  • Online marketing experience is a pro
