Ecommerce operations Manager

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Operations Manager, located in New Cairo. The Ecommerce Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day management of the ecommerce operations, ensure efficient order processing, manage inventory, and liaise with logistics partners. Tasks also include analyzing sales data to identify trends, optimizing processes, collaborating with the marketing team to drive online sales, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

• Proficient in inventory management and logistics coordination
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data and identify trends
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to optimize operational processes
• Experience in working with marketing teams to drive online sales
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Ecommerce, Marketing, or related field
• Experience in the retail or fashion industry is a plus
