Role Description

A full-time, on-site role for an Account Manager located in Cairo. The Account Manager will manage and Sellers on Our marketplace ,develop strategies to meet sellers goals, analyze account performance. Daily responsibilities include communicating with clients, addressing inquiries, identifying opportunities for growth, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Strong relationship management, client communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in account management, strategic planning, and customer retention strategies
• Ability to analyze account performance and generate actionable insights
• Excellent time management, organizational, and multitasking abilities
• Previous experience in a client-facing role is preferred
• Experience in E-commerce website is highly preferred
