Purpose of the Job
The eCommerce Specialist is responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing digital presence, and managing end-to-end performance of key eCommerce accounts in Egypt. The role ensures profitable growth, enhanced online customer experience, strong digital execution, and effective cross-functional collaboration aligned with commercial and governance standards.

Minimal travel within Egypt (as required).
Requirements
Experience
25 years of experience in eCommerce or digital sales roles.
Experience within FMCG / Beverage industry preferred.
Experience managing online retail accounts and digital marketing initiatives.
Knowledge
Strong understanding of eCommerce operations and portal management.
Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, CRM, and performance analytics tools.
Understanding of pricing, trade investment, and promotional planning.
Fluent in English; Arabic preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
OR equivalent professional experience.
