Job Overview
The eCommerce Specialist will play a key role in driving the growth, optimization, and overall performance of our online platforms. This role involves developing and executing strategic initiatives to enhance customer experience, increase sales, and improve ROI across markets. The ideal candidate is data-driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong understanding of digital commerce and emerging online trends.
Responsibilities
- Manage eCommerce platforms to ensure smooth operations, accurate product listings, and an optimal customer journey.
- Develop and implement data-driven strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Logistics, and Customer Support to align eCommerce initiatives with overall business objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics (traffic, conversion, sales, ROI) and generate actionable insights for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and optimize SEO performance, digital marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive performance.
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of all platform content, product data, and brand representation.
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field.
- 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in managing or supporting eCommerce operations.
- Proficiency with Marketplace platforms and eCommerce systems (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
- Strong understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and SEO.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (pivot tables, data analysis, dashboards).
- Fluency in English is required, Arabic is an added advantage.
