Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management: Oversee and manage operations on , Amazon, Noon and other online marketplaces.
- Product Listings: Create and optimize product listings to ensure maximum visibility and sales on Marketplaces .
- Advertising: Plan, execute, and manage marketplace ad campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
- Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure smooth operations and alignment with company goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify growth opportunities and improve ROI.
- Customer Experience: Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and address queries or issues promptly.
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Noon, etc.).
- Data Analysis: Proficiency in analyzing sales data, customer behavior, and marketplace trends to make data-driven decisions.
- Digital Advertising Expertise: Strong knowledge of managing PPC campaigns (Amazon Ads, Noon Ads) and familiarity with tools like Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.
- Inventory Management: Ability to forecast demand, coordinate restocking, and prevent stockouts or overstocking on marketplaces.
- SEO Knowledge: Understanding of keyword optimization for enhanced product discoverability.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
