Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Ecommerce Specialist located in Riyadh. The Ecommerce Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing online sales platforms, developing and implementing e-commerce strategies, analyzing sales data, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring inventory, coordinating with other departments such as sales and marketing, providing excellent customer service, and generating sales reports.

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or a related field.
• Proven experience (24 years) in managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Familiarity with inventory management and order fulfillment systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, IT, and operations teams.
