Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an E-commerce Specialist located in Qesm 1st New Cairo. The E-commerce Specialist will manage online store operations, optimize digital platforms, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for growth. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, enhancing the user experience, implementing sales strategies, and analyzing data to improve conversion rates and customer satisfaction. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to execute marketing campaigns will also be required.
