About The Role

The business-oriented analytics leader will partner closely with segment, product, marketing, technology, and other stakeholders to identify growth opportunities, improve customer engagement, strengthen decision-making, and embed a stronger data-driven operating model across the organization. The successful candidate should possess strong business acumen, people leadership, stakeholder influence, and sound technical understanding. This role is responsible for shaping analytics priorities, building team capability, and ensuring analytics work contributes directly to business impact, customer outcomes, and strategic decision-making.
Job Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team by setting clear priorities, building capabilities, and transitioning the team from reporting to actionable insights, recommendations, and measurable business outcomes.
- Partner with stakeholders to drive data-led initiatives across customer segments, journeys, products, and performance priorities to support portfolio growth and enhance customer outcomes in areas such as wealth management, segments, customers journey, branding and events, and digital wealth engagement.
- Lead end-to-end analytics, data, and AI excellence by delivering advanced insights and scalable solutions while strengthening data foundations, governance, quality, automation, and responsible use of data and AI.
- Influence decision-making through compelling storytelling, business understanding, and insights-based recommendations. Act as a trusted analytics advisor by translating complex insights into clear, business-relevant recommendations that foster cross-functional collaboration.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of experience in analytics, business intelligence, data science, data strategy, or other data-driven roles.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing analytics teams, managing analytics SMEs, and delivering impactful analytics initiatives across business functions.
- Strong business acumen with exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Ability to translate complex data and insights into clear, compelling narratives, actionable recommendations, and executive-level presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management, influencing, communication, and people leadership skills.
- Ph.D/Master/Degree in Banking/Finance, Business, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer or related disciplines.
