Role Description

This is a contract-based remote role for Instructors on the NGU Platform for instructors or small academies having no LMS systems. In this role, you will design and deliver instructional materials, facilitate training sessions, and guide learners to achieve their goals. Responsibilities include course planning, providing engaging and effective instruction, and fostering a positive virtual learning environment that supports diverse learners. You will also collaborate with the NGU team to ensure a seamless and successful learning journey for students.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Training Facilitation, Instructional Design, and Training processes
• Proficiency in Facilitation and Organization Skills to effectively manage virtual learning activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage and support learners
• Adaptability to remote teaching environments and familiarity with virtual learning platforms
• Previous teaching, training, or educational experience.
• Relevant qualifications in education, training, or a related field are advantageous
