We are looking for a visionary Education Program Manager to design, lead, and improve impactful educational programs that empower refugee and migrant communities in Egypt.

Contract: Full-time
Working hours: flexible, 8-5 or 9-5 or 10-6
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Education (Master's is a plus).
6-10 years of experience in education program leadership, preferably in under-resourced or humanitarian settings.
Previous experience with NGO's or international education initiatives is a strong asset.
Proven expertise in inclusive, culturally responsive curriculum design.
Must be Bilingual in Arabic and English (additional community languages are a plus).
Valid Passport
Strong leadership, project management, and cross-cultural communication skills.
Highly skilled using Zoom, Office, Google workspace and cloud-based tools.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of inclusive education programs.
Collaborate with the Program Director to set strategic direction and supervise field staff.
Build trust-based partnerships with schools, NGOs, and community stakeholders.
Design and deliver capacity-building workshops for educators and caregivers.
Ensure program content is participatory and uses data-driven insights for evaluation.
