Job Purpose:
Design, Build, Execute and Manage academic programsincluding but not limited to Y1 Innovation curriculum, Bootcamps, Hackathons, the Innovation Fellowship and Digital Health courses across Dubai Health and academic partners locally and internationally, ensuring compliance with standards, monitoring outcomes, and handling all related administrative tasks.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Design advanced and diversified Innovation programs portfolio.
- Build strategic roadmap for learning portfolio in the field of Innovation and healthcare technologies.
- Design, build and implement longitudinal Innovation learning program within our MD curriculum at MBRU.
- Replicate Innovation educational programs across MBRU colleges (nursing, dentistry).
- Manage and expand Fellowship programs within Dubai Health and via joint programs and international collaborations.
- Build and support post grad and professional programs in the field of Innovation and Digital Health.
- Establish local, regional and international learning partnerships.
- Organize Design Sprints, Bootcamps and hackathons locally and internationally.
- Represent Innovations withing MBRU colleges, academic affairs and accreditation bodies.
- Drive end to end execution, delivery and monitoring of the learning Innovation classes and programs.
- Manage course materials like manuals, handouts, visual aids, and other documentation that will help knowledge transfer.
- Support large-scale examination events and venues to ensure that examinations are conducted as per policies and procedures.
- Maintain and regularly update student records on attendance, progress, and achievements throughout the course, promptly identifying and addressing any discrepancies
- Coordinate all faculties and external speakers interventions and planning.
- Ensure that all assessments undergo appropriate internal verification and moderation in compliance with university requirements.
- Monitor the effectiveness of assigned courses and provide recommendations to enhance administrative support and reporting.
- Assist in organizing educational activities that contribute to the advancement of the healthcare sector in the United Arab Emirates.
- Report suspected academic dishonesty promptly to the relevant department and office to ensure timely resolution.
- Collaborate with the reporting manager to set learning performance goals at the start of the year and ensure progress is tracked and achieved.
Qualification Requirements:
Bachelors in healthcare
Years of Experience:
Minimum of 5 years (5-10 years) - Healthcare field ideally with an academic scope
