About the Role

The Education Advisor (Riyadh) role is a key frontline position within UKuni's Saudi operations. It will be relied on to provide high-quality counselling to students and parents, support school and university outreach, and strengthen our brand presence across Riyadh and the wider Saudi market.

This is a student-facing position that requires strong counselling skills, good knowledge of international school curricula (such as IGCSE/A-Levels, US Diploma, IB), and familiarity with universities in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia. The role also requires confident presentation skills for school visits and events, and the ability to build trust with students, parents, and school counsellors.

The Education Advisor will report to the Riyadh Office Manager, while closely supporting country-wide objectives in Saudi Arabia.

Key Responsibilities

Student Counselling & Conversion

  • Advise students and parents on international study options in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, including pathways and entry requirements.
  • Assess students academic backgrounds (e.g., IGCSE/A-Levels, US Diploma, IB) and recommend suitable options.
  • Provide in-person, phone, WhatsApp, and email counselling.
  • Deliver accurate academic guidance and ensure students progress smoothly through each stage until handover to the Admissions team.
  • Maintain strong conversion performance, especially during key intakes and peak seasons.

School Visits & Outreach

  • Represent UKuni during school visits, university events, parent meetings, and education exhibitions in Riyadh and around the Kingdom, as well as occasional events abroad.
  • Deliver presentations and Q&A sessions confidently to students, parents, and school staff.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with school counsellors, heads of section, and other key contacts.

Collaboration & Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with the Admissions and Customer Service teams.
  • Provide feedback on market trends, student interests, and school engagement in Riyadh.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with all assigned students and maintain professional communication standards.

Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve individual counselling KPIs and quality benchmarks.
  • Provide weekly updates on counselling activity, school visits, and conversions.
  • Use CRM and internal systems to log interactions, track progress, and support data-driven decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in student counselling, education advising, or international education consulting.
  • Good working knowledge of international school curricula (e.g., IGCSE/A-Levels, US Diploma, IB, or similar).
  • Experience advising students on universities in at least two of the following destinations: UK, US, Canada, Australia.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
  • Confident public speaker with a student-focused, results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong familiarity with CRM systems, WhatsApp, and Google Workspace or similar digital tools.
  • Currently based in Riyadh or within commuting distance.
