Job Description

B. Hazard Identification & Risk ControlC. Training & Awareness

Key ResponsibilitiesA. Site HSE Implementation
Enforce project HSE plans, procedures, method statements, and risk assessments.
Ensure daily compliance with Permit-to-Work (PTW), LOTO, Working at Height, Lifting Operations, Electrical Safety, and Excavation controls.
Conduct routine site inspections, safety walks, and audits across all work fronts.
Monitor high-risk activities:

Piling and civil works
Heavy lifting and crane operations
DC/AC electrical works
Work at height (trackers, modules, inverters)
Hot works and confined spaces
Lead Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Task Risk Assessments (TRA).
Identify unsafe acts and unsafe conditions; ensure immediate corrective actions.
Track and close Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), observations, and audit findings.
Participate in design and construction safety reviews.
Conduct site HSE induction and trade-specific training.
Deliver toolbox talks, supervisor coaching, and safety campaigns.
Promote safety culture, worker engagement, and reporting of near misses.
