Develop, implement, and continuously improve the company's EHS management system across assigned facilities
Promote a strong safety culture
Conduct risk assessments for all operational activities, identify hazards, and ensure effective control measures are in place
Ensure compliance with legal requirements and internal standards through inspections, audits, and closure of corrective and preventive actions
Establish and enforce safe systems of work across all operational areas
Establish and maintain emergency response plans for all facilities
Conduct risk assessments related to fire and other emergency scenarios
Ensure availability and proper maintenance of emergency equipment
Organize and lead regular emergency drills to test preparedness
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Chemical preferred).
7-10 years of EHS experience in industrial or manufacturing environments. Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory EHS role. Experience in FMCG manufacturing or high-volume production environments is strongly preferred
NEBOSH International General Certificate is a mandatory. NEBOSH International Diploma (highly desirable). ISO 45001 Lead Auditor qualification (preferred). ISO 14001 Lead Auditor qualification (preferred)
Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and environmental regulations
Solid understanding of industrial safety standards and compliance requirements
