Our Gas Services division offers Low-emission power generation through service and decarbonization. Zero or low emission power generation and all gas turbines under one roof, steam turbines and generators. Decarbonization opportunities through service offerings, modernization, and digitalization of the fleet.

How You'll Make An Impact
- Implement and maintain the O&M EHS program to ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and compliance audits against standards like IFC guidelines.
- Lead risk assessments and incident investigations to identify hazards and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and deliver EHS training programs for employees and contractors to enhance safety awareness.
- Mentor and guide EHS technicians to cultivate a proactive safety culture within the power plant.
- Monitor and report on EHS performance, providing insights for continuous improvement to the EHS Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in an EHS role, preferably in power generation or heavy industry.
- NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) and ISO 45001 Lead Auditor or Implementer Certification.
- Strong skills in risk assessment, incident investigation, and compliance auditing.
- Excellent communication skills for training, mentoring, and stakeholder management.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities to ensure effective EHS documentation and reporting.
