EHS System Development and Policy Management
Develop and refine environmental, occupational health, and safety policies, procedures, and workflows in line with corporate objectives and production plans.
Establish, maintain, and continuously improve ISO 14001 (Environmental Management) and ISO 45001 (Occupational Health and Safety Management) systems.
Formulate annual EHS work plans and supervise their implementation; draft and revise relevant EHS management systems and standards.
Safety Management
Organize regular safety inspections and hazard identification, and ensure closed‑loop corrective actions for identified risks.
Manage hazardous chemicals in terms of storage, usage, and waste disposal.
Oversee fire safety management and organize emergency drills.
Lead incident/accident investigations, root cause analysis, corrective actions, and follow‑up tracking.
Supervise the provision and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
