Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented **Electrical & BMS Draftsman** with 58 years of experience in preparing electrical and Building Management System (BMS) drawings for building projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed **Electrical and BMS shop drawings** based on design and project specifications.
- Develop **layout drawings, single-line diagrams, schematic diagrams, cable routing, and panel details**.

- Prepare and update **as-built drawings** as per site conditions and engineer instructions.
- Coordinate with **Electrical Engineers, BMS Engineers, and project teams** to ensure drawing accuracy.
- Revise drawings based on **consultant comments and client feedback**.
- Maintain proper documentation and drawing revision records.
- Ensure drawings comply with **project standards and specifications**.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in **AutoCAD** (mandatory).
- Good knowledge of **Electrical systems and BMS drawings**.
- Understanding of **HVAC control systems, ELV, and building automation layouts**.
- Ability to read and interpret **electrical design drawings**.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
Preferred
- Experience in **commercial, residential, or industrial building projects**.
- Knowledge of **Revit / BIM** will be an added advantage.
