How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW
Produce & assemble equipments, parts other in Manufacturing plant / Workshop : operate automatic production lines and/or directly produce or assemble equipments.Main Accountabilities
Supervise and participate in the inspection of tele-metering, electric controllers, programmable controllers, process meters, analyzers, flow systems, and a variety of other types of instrumentation for proper operation;
Oversee and direct the installations, repairs, modifications, calibrations, and preventative maintenance on a wide variety of complex digital, analog devices
Monitor the work performed by others and subcontractors related to electrical and electronic apparatus and instrumentation including repair, replacement, disassembling, assembling, installing, and testing;
Read, interpret and direct others with regard to electrical and instrumentation plans, specifications, blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and schematics;
Supervise the testing of power distribution, transformers, circuit breakers, meters, and other apparatus; oversee others engaged in performing routine maintenance of electrical equipment and supplies
Supervise the inspection of equipment installation work performed by contractors and other personnel for workmanship and compliance;
Estimate labor and material for electrical installations and repairs; lay out work on the project site; prepare reports of time and material expended;
Maintain an inventory of parts, materials, and supplies used in the electrical instrumentation shop and in performing everyday tasks;
Oversee and participate in the documentation and record all programming, testing, and updates performed;
Evaluate and maintain records of contractors and internal team attendance.
Assure effective cost and manpower controls through a formal and continuing supervision while execution
Maintain network communication between equipment, controls.
Review and provide input and suggestions on new system requirements;
Participate in the safety program and coordinate the training of assigned staff;
Supervise daily manufacturing/workshop operations, ensuring adherence to established processes and standards, and addressing any issues.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment by providing guidance, support, and mentoring to team members, empowering them to contribute to overall productivity.
Oversee and enforce quality control measures to ensure that products meet or exceed specific standards, collaborating with relevant stakeholders to implement continuous improvement activities.
Identify and implement improvements within the manufacturing/workshop processes, optimizing resource utilization, reducing waste, etc.
Prioritize and enforce safety protocols, creating a culture of safety awareness, ensuring that all team members adhere to established safety guidelines to prevent accidents and injuries.
Facilitate effective communication channels between various teams within the manufacturing/workshop setting, promoting cross-functional collaboration, and providing regular updates to management on production status, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
The new team member will manage approximately 20 to 60 subcontracting personnel, requiring them to manage the needs and safety of the subcontractors, who are not direct repartees.

Experience required - Minimum of 5 years of experience in similar domain from EPC Industry
The candidates shall be Certified Electrical and Instrumentation inspector is preferable, Ideally with ATEX rating
Education - Bachelor of engineering or technology in Engineering & Instrumentation.
The candidate needs to be able to view and understand drawings through AutoCAD, loop diagrams, and isometric diagrams
Great attention to detail with a goal-driven attitude.
Strong comprehension and analytical abilities.
Language: English
