Job Title: Electrical Community Management Senior Engineer
Department: Community Management (Electrical)
Reports to: Community Management Team Leader
Scope: MEP Facilities

Location: On Site (10th of Ramadan / 6 of October /Suez El Ain El Sokhna)
Responsibilities
- Execute and oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities across facility infrastructure, ensuring reliability and compliance with company standards.
- Provide hands-on technical expertise in Medium Voltage (MV) systems, ensuring safe operation, troubleshooting, and coordination of repairs.
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and other MEP systems, promptly identifying risks and initiating corrective actions.
- Support in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules to ensure timely and efficient task execution.
- Collaborate with external contractors and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of specialized maintenance and repair services.
- Assist in monitoring maintenance expenditures and propose cost-effective solutions that maintain service quality.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Provide technical support during emergency situations, offering immediate solutions to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
- Prepare technical reports, inspection records, and documentation related to maintenance activities and system performance.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's in Electrical or Electromechanical Engineering
- Experience: 36 years in facility or industrial maintenance (MEP-focused), with proven hands-on experience in Medium Voltage (MV) systems
- Certifications: HSE certifications are an advantage
- Skills: Strong technical knowledge of MEP and Medium Voltage (MV) systems, troubleshooting, vendor coordination, safety compliance, documentation, and reporting
- Languages: Excellent English proficiency
