As a Electrical reporting into the Head of Hospitality, working from our Design Studio at the Al Hudaiba Awards office in Dubai.
Responsibilities include
Design electrical systems for commercial, residential, or industrial projects, including power distribution, lighting, and emergency systems.
Prepare detailed electrical drawings and specifications using CAD or BIM software.
Perform load calculations, voltage drop analysis, and fault analysis.
Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and safety standards.
Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders to ensure the integration of electrical systems with other building systems.
Review and approve vendor submittals and materials.
Provide technical support during installation and commissioning phases.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Experience: 6 years of experience in electrical design.
Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP, etc.).Strong knowledge of electrical codes (NEC, IEC, etc.) and standards.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
Experience with sustainable and energy-efficient design is a plus.
