Dar Al-Handasah is seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical Design Engineer with 57 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the design and development of a wide range of electrical systemsincluding lighting, small power, cable routing, earthing, lightning protection, load schedules, and single-line diagramsfor diverse building and infrastructure projects. A key focus of the role is ensuring the reliability, performance, and efficiency of electrical networks throughout the design process.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with our Dubai-based team on iconic and innovative projects across the Gulf region, Middle East, and Africa.

Responsibilities:

• Perform design calculations for various Electrical systems.
• Coordination with different Engineering disciplines (inter-disciplinary coordination), Local Service provider(s), Authorities and Client.
• Prepare the project drawings, LODs, Bill of Quantities, Specifications, Scope of Work, etc.
• Deliver the project documents as per Company quality procedures and delivery timeline.
• Ensure Electrical systems design compliance with regulatory, standards and best practices.

Requirements:

Preferred Qualifications:

• LEED Green Associate (GA) certification
• ESTIDAMA Pearl Qualified Professional (PQP) certification
